Our room was brand-new and neat, liked it. the staff was really helpful, offered to visit some nice places. - Mountain view was great and the location was tranquil and nice, not far from the establishment, rooms spacious and North West and garden.

However, the cleanliness was a major issue, with spider webs and bugs under the bed. The staff could also improve their service, as there were instances of invasions of privacy and a lack of attention to details. The reception area had a strong cigarette smell, which was not a great first impression. Additionally, the breakfast was inconsistent, with some days being great and others being disappointing. The pool area could benefit from better lighting for nighttime use. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was pleasant and I would still recommend the hotel.
